Too much
I'm not sure if anyone on here was anticipating my presence at Emerald City Comic Con this month... Although I was very much looking forward to the next convention, I will not be going.
2014 - 15 has been a very hard year for me, not the least of which was the death of my mother, Peggy Anne Elk.
She was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2009, and appeared to have beaten it a couple years ago. After last years convention, we learned that her cancer had spread to her bones and she was terminal. We thought that she had more time, but she passed away on February 9th this year.
I enjoy going to conventions and talking with people about my art,
Post-Convention
ECCC 2014 went pretty well! I want to thank everyone who was able to stop at my booth, and I hope you all will continue to enjoy my work and look out for more work from me over the next year until ECCC 2015!

Crunch time
Having only a few months left to complete the next chapter of ExtraTone (titled 'Dirtbox'), I am now in full crunch mode. I have started posting some pencils for Dirtbox in my scraps folder, so keep an eye there if you are interested in seeing the process. Otherwise, you can expect to see some colored panels posted in the coming weeks (and maybe some inks).
