Too much

I'm not sure if anyone on here was anticipating my presence at Emerald City Comic Con this month... Although I was very much looking forward to the next convention, I will not be going.  

2014 - 15 has been a very hard year for me, not the least of which was the death of my mother, Peggy Anne Elk.
She was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2009, and appeared to have beaten it a couple years ago.  After last years convention, we learned that her cancer had spread to her bones and she was terminal.  We thought that she had more time, but she passed away on February 9th this year.
I enjoy going to conventions and talking with people about my art, but it also carries a load of stress that I can not handle right now.
My good friend  will be attending in my place, so if you happen to be at ECCC this year check out my booth to see his latest work.

I am still very passionate about my work, and will continue producing and improving myself as an artist.  I hope that you all can continue to follow and enjoy my art!
